Vegetables

We can also eat vegetables but it's really nothing we need.

Vegetables contain sugars that are not beneficial to us, so if we don't eat them it's okay.

Why is that? Because in nature we rarely eat vegetables except when we find a tasty garden and go and get some there. Our diet is basically grasses, gramineous, herbs that are good for our tummy and leaves.

What we sometimes do is when it is very hot or we are not drinking much water, we eat some vegetables that are rich in water, so we stay hydrated.

As we have to be careful, the best thing is to eat the vegetables as if they were treats and just like herbs and vegetables, the introduction of vegetables should be gradual and very calm, to see if there is any reaction.

I will leave you here a list of vegetables that we can eat, but be very cautious.

Don't forget that we can eat everything on the list above, but we don't have to.

You can give it to us as a treat, a small piece 1-2 times a week, or in summer when it is very hot, choose the vegetables that have the most water and give it to us so that we don't dehydrate.
